Sprayregen Returns to Kirkland from Wall Street

James Sprayregen is returning to Kirkland & Ellis after two years at Goldman Sachs.

"Sprayregen will rejoin as a partner in Kirkland's restructuring practice group effective Dec. 12.

'I missed the practice of law and want to get back to practicing law in this new restructuring wave I see coming,' Sprayregen said in a brief interview. 'I think there's going to be a need for substantial services by lawyers with deep restructure experience.' "
