Prior to joining Kirkland, Noah represented and advised clients in a wide range of matters including:

  • Acting for an English government department in a £225 million competition claim against a pharmaceutical group for deceit and abuse of dominant position;

  • Acting for a major German media company in a $140 million Jersey and German law claim against a German bank before the High Court in relation to the sale of a business at an undervalue as a result of a bribe paid by its former CEO;

  • Acting for an English claimant against a Ghanaian national in a contractual claim before the High Court relating to the discovery of an oil field;

  • Acting for an individual in relation to a fraud perpetrated against him in Nigeria to bring a civil claim in Nigeria and freezing injunction in the UK;

  • Acting for an ultra high net worth individual in relation to a dispute with his former employer about liability for taxes assessed on payments into an employee benefit trust;

  • Acting for a former director of a UK company to defend against a claim of breach of fiduciary duties and breach of contract by his former employer;

  • Acting for a corporate finance advisor in relation to a claim against a private equity fund for outstanding fees;

  • Advising a former bank employee on an investigation into her conduct;

  • Assisting fraud victims with the tracing and recovery of assets.
