Application Process
Where can I apply for business services jobs at Kirkland & Ellis?
You can search and apply for open roles directly on our Browse Jobs page. Select a position and click “Apply Now” to submit your resume and complete your application.
Are the positions listed current?
Yes. Our job postings are updated regularly and remain online until the position is no longer available.
Roles listed as “Future Opportunities” reflect positions we frequently hire for but may not be actively interviewing for at this time. Submitting your application allows our talent acquisition team to consider you when a relevant opening becomes available.
Can I apply to multiple roles?
Yes. We encourage you to apply to any positions that match your interests and qualifications. Please do not submit multiple applications for the same job posting, as this may delay the review process.
I uploaded my resume, but the information didn’t load into the form correctly. What should I do?
Our system uses resume-parsing technology to autofill parts of your application. Please edit and review your information carefully before submitting.
Can I save an application and finish it later?
Yes. Click “Continue Later” at the bottom of the application window. You’ll be prompted to confirm your email address and will receive a message from no-reply@kirkland.com via Talemetry with a link to continue your application.
How do I know if my application has been received?

If you cannot locate a confirmation email in either location within 24 hours, please email USStaffTalentAcquisition@kirkland.com and include the full name you applied with, along with the Job Title and Job ID (4- or 5-digit number included at the top of the job post) to confirm receipt.
Can I edit my application after submitting it?
Once submitted, applications cannot be edited. If you are invited to interview and need to correct information, please notify your recruiter.
I’m having technical issues with my application. Who can help?
Please contact USStaffTalentAcquisition@kirkland.com for assistance.
I applied but haven’t heard back. What should I expect?
Our goal is to review every application and contact candidates whose qualifications align with the role.
Due to application volume, response times may vary. We kindly ask that you refrain from submitting multiple applications for the same position, as this may further delay review.
Please limit outreach to technical issues, data privacy or compliance-related inquiries and direct to USStaffTalentAcquisition@kirkland.com. To ensure a consistent and equitable process, we kindly ask that you refrain from contacting Kirkland employees regarding your application status.
What if there are no current openings that match my interests or experience?
We invite you to join our Talent Network or sign up for job alerts through our Job Board so we can notify you when new opportunities align with your skills and interests. See the Staying Connected section for more information.
