Kirkland & Ellis Advertising, Marketing and Promotions Law Seminar
On Thursday, June 28, Kirkland & Ellis presented the Fourth Annual Advertising, Marketing & Promotions Law Seminar in our Chicago office with a videoconference hookup to our Los Angeles office. This program is designed to apprise Kirkland & Ellis clients of current legal developments in the advertising, marketing and promotions law areas. The panel included speakers from the Better Business Bureau, FTC, Illinois Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and the NAD. Approximately 110 people attended the program.
