Kirkland & Ellis and the New York Stock Exchange's Corporate & Securities Law Forum

On Tuesday, November 16, 2004, Kirkland & Ellis and the New York Stock Exchange presented the Corporate & Securities Law Forum entitled "Looking Around the Corner: What's Next in Transaction Trends, Governance and Compliance."  Panelists discussed key issues for public companies in today's marketplace, including developments and trends in transactions, governance and public disclosure.  The speakers included experts on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities laws, with commentary from corporate general counsel and a representative of the New York Stock Exchange.
