Kirkland & Ellis KICP for Clients and Other Friends of the Firm: Fundamentals of Capital Markets Transactions

The KICP for Clients and Other Friends of the Firm Seminar was held on June 12, 2007. Weekly in-house KICP training sessions are provided by the Firm's transactional partners. Sessions extend over several months and cover topics such as the fundamentals of mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, private financings and public offerings, as well as related tax and accounting issues. An abbreviated version of that program was made available to clients and other friends of the Firm.
