The Journal of Corporation Law Annual Symposium
Kirkland is hosting The Journal of Corporation Law Annual Symposium on September 19, 2025, taking place in Kirkland’s New York office.
The symposium features a keynote address from Vice Chancellor Lori Will of the Delaware Court of Chancery. Panelists will also include Judge Brian Stagner of the Texas Business Court, as well as leading practitioners and law professors, who will discuss recent developments in Delaware and Texas corporate law and practice, shareholder activism and the current deal environment. Kirkland partners Shaun Mathew, Stefan Atkinson and Jeremy Fielding will moderate the panels.
