The 26th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute was held on May 4 and 5 in Thorne Hall, on the Chicago campus of Northwestern University. The conference is designed to provide private practitioners and corporate counsel with a timely analysis of current and critical securities and corporate law issues and developments confronting publicly and privately held corporations.
