IVCA/NVCA Annual Luncheon

The Illinois Venture Capital Association and the National Venture Capital Association will hold their annual luncheon in Chicago on Wednesday, May 9, 2007, with Kirkland Partner Jack S. Levin as the keynote speaker. The luncheon will be held at the University Club of Chicago.

Jack Levin will discuss new developments in private equity, venture capital, and fund formation for legal, tax, structuring, regulatory, and other issues/solutions.
