Kirkland Advises Coller Capital on Continuation Fund Transaction Involving Olyos

Kirkland & Ellis advised Coller Capital, a global leader in the secondary market for private assets, as lead investor on the investment in an oversubscribed €215 million continuation fund to support Motion Equity Partners in its ongoing partnership with Olyos, a leading provider of natural health and nutrition products. The transaction allows Motion Equity Partners to continue creating value in Olyos through a new investment cycle. Reinvestments were also made at the asset level by LFPI, as a minority investor, and by the management team led by CEO Thierry Verne.
