Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law Forum

The 27th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute was held May 3-4, 2007, on the Chicago campus of Northwestern University. The conference is designed to provide private practitioners and corporate counsel with a timely analysis of current and critical securities and corporate law issues and developments confronting publicly and privately held corporations. Kirkland is a lead affiliate sponsor of the conference. Vice-chair and Kirkland partner  Keith Crow served as session chair on the "Selling to Private Equity" panel.
