23rd Annual Bankruptcy and Restructuring Conference

The 23rd Annual Bankruptcy and Restructuring Conference was held June 6-9, 2007 in Chicago, Illinois. Topics covered included: Private Equity vs. Hedge Funds; How to Retain Key Management in Bankruptcy and Why it Matters; Extraterritorial Applications of the Bankruptcy Code; Intellectual Property - Issues for Distressed Firms and Bankruptcy Considerations; How to Hold a Successful Auction; Ethics: Conflicts, Connections and Disclosures; and Traditional and Non-Traditional Restructurings. There were also additional networking and presentation sessions targeting small lender and equity funds where various parties can gather to exchange ideas and business proposals.
