2026 Distressed Investing Conference
Beard Group, Inc. will host its 33rd annual Distressed Investing Conference at The Harmonie Club in New York City on December 1–2, 2026. The annual conference brings together leading practitioners in the restructuring and distressed investing space to discuss the latest topics and trends.
Several Kirkland partners will participate in panels at the event. Josh Sussberg is an event Co-Chair and will moderate the panel “The Future of Restructuring.” Josh Feltman will speak on the “Liability Management Exercises - Whatever Happened to Trust and Anti-Trust?” panel. Christopher Greco will speak on the “Restructuring Roundtable - Distressed Industry Sectors” panel.
