Overview

Joshua Feltman is a debt finance partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP with a cross-disciplinary practice that sits at the intersection of finance and restructuring. He is a recognized leader in the field of liability management and has advised on some of the largest and most novel transactions in the space. His practice also focuses on acquisitions of leveraged entities in connection with in-court and out-of-court workouts.

Joshua was named a Law360 MVP in the bankruptcy area and has also been recognized in the fields of restructuring and finance by Chambers, LawDragon, Super Lawyers and IFLR1000.
