IFLR's 5th Annual Asia M&A Forum

IFLR's 5th annual Asia M&A Forum, "Opportunities in Distress," will held at the Island Shangri-La in Hong Kong on March 3-4, 2009. This is the only event to look at the openings on a cross-border and national level. Speakers at the forum include the biggest investment banks, leading law firm partners and regulators with the inside knowledge on how to get deals done in a challenging environment. The United States is open to investment to many Asian companies and two panels at this event will provide important insight on how to close an acquisition. The forum's first panel will specifically look into the pitfalls of CFIUS and other regulation while the second will focus on profiting from US bankruptcies. Elsewhere, competition developments in Asia will be discussed and there will be a roundtable with key deal makers.
