American Bar Association Section of Business Law’s 2009 Spring Meeting
The ABA Section of Business Law will hold its 2009 Spring Meeting at the Vancouver Convention & Exhibition Centre in Vancouver, Canada from April 16-18. The conference will focus on timely issues and will run the gamut of business law. Topics will include "Public Private Partnerships - The Best and Worst of Times," "Aftermath of the Financial Meltdown - Analyzing Future Litigation and Compliance Issues," and "Doing Good While Doing Well - Balancing Fiduciary and Ethical Duties with Social Responsibilities in Troubled Times," among others.
Kirkland & Ellis partner Theodore Freedman will participate on a panel entitled "Claims Estimation in Mass Torts Cases."
