LES 2009 Annual Meeting

The LES 2009 Annual Meeting will be held from October 18 - 21 at the San Francisco Marriott.  Kirkland partners Russell E. Levine, P.C. and Stephen Johnson will be presenting at this year's meeting. 

Mr. Levine is an International Delegate, an LES Trustee, and Chair of the LESI Dispute Resolution Committee. He will present; “Top 10 Court Decisions of 2009 Affecting Licensing” Monday, October 19 from 2:30 p.m. - 3:45 p.m. He will also moderate: “Titans of Alternative Dispute Resolution” on Wednesday, October 21 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. This panel discussion will be an opportunity for licensing executives to hear directly from some of the world's leading ADR experts.  

Mr. Johnson, who is based in Kirkland’s San Francisco office and active in the life sciences field, will co-present: “HOT TOPIC: Creative Financing in Difficult Times” on Wednesday, October 21 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.
