National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges

 The National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges is hosting its 83rd annual event at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 18-21, 2009. This year’s conference will include presentations involving consumer and business bankruptcy issues as well as general commercial and economic matters.

On Monday, October 19 Kirkland & Ellis partner Marc Carmel will speak regarding “Snake Eyes - Casino Bankruptcies” during the Chapter 11 Subcommittee Luncheon.
