The Kellogg School of Management 2009 Real Estate Conference
The Kellogg School of Management 2009 Real Estate Conference, will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the James L. Allen Center on Kellogg's campus. Every year, attendees gain valuable insight into current trends, and walk away with an actionable understanding of the direction of the industry. The 2009 conference is the 14th iteration of the conference and with the meltdown of the real estate industry, the value of insightful information is at an all time high. This year’s conference will focus on trends in the capital markets, the opportunities and pitfalls of distressed investing in the current market, and ongoing trends in restructuring.
