ABI 2010 Annual Spring Meeting

The American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) is hosting its 28th Annual Spring Meeting at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, MD on April 29 - May 2, 2010. ABI is the largest multidisciplinary, non-partisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency.

Kirkland & Ellis partner David Seligman will participate on the "Litigating the Section 1113 Dispute" panel and partner James Sprayregen will participate on the "Labor Issues" panel.
