ICSC U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference

The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is hosting its 40th Annual U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference at the Westin Diplomat Resort in Hollywood, Florida on November 3-6, 2010. This year's conference will include more than 60 sessions, including topics such as negotiating new leases in the current economic climate, balancing expectations of buyers and sellers in challenging economic times and economic risks and opportunities for real estate following the great recession.

Kirkland & Ellis partner James Sprayregen will participate on the "Minefields, Sheer Cliffs and Rough Roads: The Landscape of Loan Workouts in 2010" panel.  This presentation will provide an overview of the landscape of commercial loan workouts today.
