Kirkland & Ellis LLP will host a ULI panel discussion on "Keepers of the Castle: Real Estate Executives on Leadership and Management" on Thursday, December 9, 2010 in New York. Bill Ferguson, Chairman and CEO of real estate executive recruiting firm Ferguson Partners Ltd and Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of FPL Advisory Group will share the results of his one-of-a kind study of leadership and cultural attributes of the best and brightest organizations in real estate. In addition, Bill will moderate a panel of senior executives that will discuss human capital needs, top operating issues, as well as, strategic challenges and opportunities ahead in the real estate industry.
