The 70th NYU Institute on Federal Taxation
New York University School of Continuing Professional Studies will hold its 70th Institute on Federal Taxation from October 23-28, 2011 at the Grand Hyatt New York. The conference will bring together attorneys, accountants, corporate treasury and compliance executives, tax managers, and financial planners for six days of networking and discussing recent developments in federal taxation. Topics will include "Closely Held Businesses," "Tax Controversies" and "The Treasury Agenda," among others.
Kirkland partner David Handler will speak on the topic "Estate Planning with Disagreeable Entities." He will also participate on the panel discussions "Family Limited Partnerships: The Continuing Saga" and "Panel Discussion on the Selection of Wealth Shifting Techniques, Seeding and Guarantees."
