32nd Annual Chicago-Kent Federal Tax Institute
The Chicago-Kent College of Law will hold its 32nd Annual Chicago-Kent Federal Tax Institute from May 2-3, 2013 at the Chicago-Kent College of Law. The conference will examine new federal, state and local tax developments, as well as the current fiscal environment in Illinois and recent legislative, judicial and administrative developments.
Kirkland partner Rachel L. Cantor will be presenting on the topic "Tax Planning with Disregarded Entities: Opportunities and Pitfalls," and partner Gregory W. Gallagher will participate on the panel discussion "Subchapter C Developments," in addition to serving as the Institute Vice-Chair and as a member of the planning committee. Kirkland partner William A. Levy is also a member of the planning committee.
