The Practising Law Institute will host a seminar titled "Understanding the Securities Laws 2013" at the University of Chicago Gleacher Center from October 24-25, 2013. Kirkland partner Theodore Peto will participate as a panelist on the topic, "Regulation of Proxy Solicitations."
