The 12th Annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference
The Wharton School will host its 12th Annual Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference on Friday, February 26, 2016 at The Plaza Hotel in New York City. This year’s theme, “Finding Opportunity in a Volatile World,” offers a unique opportunity to hear from a distinguished gathering of keynote speakers and panelists in their discussion of the current economic climate and issues of debt, investing and restructuring across the globe. Sessions will focus on topics such as distressed hedge funds and legal restructuring, among others.
Kirkland partners Ross Kwasteniet and Stephen Hessler will participate as panelists in the Case Study discussing the Chapter 11 restructuring of Patriot Coal. Kirkland partner Christopher Greco will co-moderate the discussion about distressed hedge funds, and Kirkland partner Chad Husnick will participate as a panelist in the financial restructuring session about best practices for plan support agreements.
