2017 NAD Annual Conference

The 2017 NAD Annual Conference will take place October 2-3 at the Conrad New York. This year’s conference will cover current hot topics and best practices in advertising law and claim substantiation. The conference will also provide attendees with practical information to enhance their ability to navigate the advertising industry's self-regulatory forum.

Partner Ross Weisman will be leading a panel discussion, which will explore how the updated rules of the recently revised ASRC Procedures for NARB Proceedings impact the types of issues appealed, parties’ strategic planning for hearings, and the NARB Panel’s preparation, deliberation, and decision making process. “The Times They Are A-Changin’: New Procedures, New Director!” will take place from 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 3.
