Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference 2018
The Wharton School’s 14th annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference 2018 will be held at The Plaza Hotel in New York City on Friday, February 23, 2018. The conference’s theme this year is “Peering Over the Edge: Investing in a Mature Credit Cycle,” which will include discussions about the economic climate and restructuring issues worldwide.
Kirkland partner Jonathan Henes will participate on the panel titled “Case Study: Avaya,” and Kirkland partner Brian Schartz will moderate the panel titled, “Distressed Hedge Fund.” Kirkland partner Edward Sassower will interview keynote speakers James Dinan, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Founder of York Capital Management, and Marc Lasry, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Co-Founder of Avenue Capital Group.
