23rd Annual Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop

The American Bankruptcy Institute will host its 23rd Annual Southeast Bankruptcy Workshop on July 26–29, 2018 at The Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, FL. This year’s conference will cover the latest trends and strategies for today’s bankruptcy challenges, consisting of topics such as healthcare and restaurant restructurings, key Chapter 11 plan and confirmation issues and considerations, issues decided in business and consumer bankruptcy cases over the past year, and many more.
