The American Bankruptcy Institute will host VALCON 2022 - Valuation Solutions for a New Era on May 11–13, 2022 at the Four Seasons Las Vegas.

Kirkland partner, Nicole Greenblatt, will participate as a panelist for “Know When to Hold ‘em, Know When to Fold ‘em: Lessons from the Caesars Bankruptcy.” The panel will provide a conversation on valuation, liability management transactions, corporate governance, ethics and the bankruptcy process.
