27th Annual Distressed Investing Conference

The Beard Group will host their 27th Annual Distressed Investing Conference virtually on November 30–December 2, 2020.

Kirkland partner, Josh Sussberg, will participate as a moderator for the “Retail Investing and Restructuring in Tumultuous Times” panel. The panel will cover the dramatic changes that have occurred in the retail space in the past five years due to technological disruption and an unclear end to COVID-19. Additionally, Kirkland partner, James Sprayregen, will deliver the opening remarks on Wednesday, November 2.
