Distressed Investing Conference 2021

The Beard Group will host their 28th Annual Distressed Investing Conference on November 29, 2021 at the Harmonie Club in New York City.

Kirkland partners, Josh Sussberg and Chad Husnick, will participate as a moderator and a panelist, respectively, for the “The Great Debate: Real Estate Valuation in the Face of a Global Pandemic.” The panel will cover recent real estate-related chapter 11 cases to consider the various underlying issues leading to complications in valuation during the global pandemic.
