9th National Conference on CFIUS
Kirkland partners Mario Mancuso and Ivan Schlager will be participating in the upcoming 9th National Conference on CFIUS sponsored by ACI from April 13–14 in Arlington, VA. Kirkland partner Luci Hague also serves as Co-Chair of this conference.
Mario will be participating on the panel session “Reverse CFIUS? Preparing for the Future of Outbound Investments Scrutiny” and Ivan will be participating on the panel session “Mitigation Compliance and Securing Approvals: Aligning Your Strategy to the New Realities of Timelines, Delays and Heightened Scrutiny.”
