Restrictive Covenants, Protectable Interests, and the Impact of the FTC’s New Non-Compete Rule: What In-House Counsel Need to Know

On Wednesday, June 7, Kirkland litigation partner Jess Krannich will join the next edition of the IHC Deep Dives Series, Restrictive Covenants, Protectable Interests, and the Impact of the FTC’s New Non-Compete Rule.

It will also address the FTC’s new rule proposing to universally ban non-competition restrictions, the impact of that rule on non-competition restrictions and other restrictive covenants, and the future of restrictive covenants and litigation over violations and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
