Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference 2026
The Wharton School will host its 22nd Annual Wharton Restructuring and Distressed Investing Conference in New York on February 20, 2026. This year’s conference theme is “Restructuring in the Age of Private Credit” which will include discussions about the rapidly evolving dynamics of private credit and its growing influence on the restructuring landscape.
Kirkland partner Christopher Greco will interview keynote speaker Michael Patterson, Governing Partner of HPS Investment Partners. Partners Ross Kwasteniet and Christopher Koenig will participate in the “Crypto Restructurings: Lessons from the First Wave and Preparing for the Next Wave” panel which will discuss the key lessons learned from the crypto industry’s first major restructurings and how those lessons can be applied in preparing for the next round of market disruption.
