Overview

Dana Abdulkarim is a corporate partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Her practice covers all types of corporate transactions for private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, including advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, disposals, restructurings and group reorganisations, rights issues, portfolio company assistance and other corporate advisory work.

Dana has previously been seconded to the legal team of the Carlyle Group in their London office. She has also spent time on secondment as general counsel to European Life Group, a portfolio company of Sixth Street Partners.
