• Apax on the acquisitions of OCS and Finwave
• Digital 9 Infrastructure on the sale of Verne Global
• Sandbrook Capital on a significant equity commitment in Voltwise Power, a newly-formed developer, owner and operator of utility-scale battery energy storage systems across select geographies in Europe
• A real estate private equity firm on its joint venture investment of up to €300 million in UK and French office space
• SourceCode, a portfolio company of Cerberus Capital Management LP, on its agreement to acquire a provider of high-performance server and storage solutions
• Sandbrook Capital on $500 million partnership with PSP Investments to fund Havfram, an offshore wind infrastructure company
• Covanta and EQT Infrastructure on the carve-out of Covanta’s European operations to create a standalone Waste-to-Energy platform
• GIC on the acquisition of an Enterprise Value logistics portfolio located in northeast England
