Overview
Ravi Agarwal is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Ravi regularly represents private equity firms, private companies and public companies in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including significant leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, carve-outs, joint ventures and other complex strategic transactions. Ravi also counsels clients with respect to general corporate and governance matters. Ravi has been recognized as a “Notable Practitioner” for Private Equity by IFLR1000 and a “Rising Star” for Mergers & Acquisitions by Super Lawyers.
Ravi is a Class of 2024 David Rockefeller Fellow with the Partnership for New York City. He also serves as a Board Director for New York Junior Tennis & Learning.
