• Represented Zebra Technologies in its $1.3 billion acquisition of Elo Touch Solutions Inc.
• Represented Paycor HCM, Inc. in its $4.1 billion sale to Paychex Inc.

• Represented a major American telecommunications company in connection with its potential acquisition of United States Cellular Corporation
• Represented Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in its $3.5 billion sale of its Investor Services business to State Street Trust Company
