Kirkland Advises Zebra Technologies on $1.3 Billion Acquisition of Elo
Kirkland & Ellis advised Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: ZBRA), a global leader in digitizing and automating frontline workflows, on a definitive agreement to acquire Elo Touch Solutions, Inc., an innovator of solutions that engage customers, enhance self-service, and accelerate automation across retail, hospitality, quick service restaurants, healthcare, and industrial markets for $1.3 billion in cash. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval and is expected to close in 2025. The acquisition was announced August 5, 2025.
