Overview
Laura Sullivan is a corporate partner in the New York office. Laura regularly represents private equity firms, private companies and public companies in a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including significant leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, carve-outs, joint ventures and other complex strategic transactions. She also advises clients with respect to general corporate and governance matters.
Laura was recognized as a “Dealmaker of the Year” by The American Lawyer in 2021 for advising Grubhub in its $7.3 billion all stock transaction with Just Eat Takeaway. Laura has also been recognized as “Highly Regarded” for her work in mergers and acquisitions by IFLR1000 and, since 2021, has been named one of the 500 Leading Dealmakers in America by Lawdragon.
