Anna Maria Alexandrou is an investment funds partner based in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Anna Maria advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring and operation of private funds, with a focus on private equity (including growth and venture capital) and credit. She routinely advises clients on the formation of separately managed accounts, co-investments, as well as on management company issues and carried interest arrangements. Anna Maria has also advised on strategic firm transactions and extraordinary events, such as investor default and founder separations.
Anna Maria also has experience in advising on carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements.
