Since joining Kirkland, Wyatt has been involved in the following representative matters:
- Represented energy company defending against personal injury claims by dozens of plaintiffs. Achieved highly favorable settlements after extensive litigation.
- Obtained summary judgment for Dr. Pepper / Seven Up Inc., a wholly owned affiliate of Keurig Dr. Pepper, in a case against distributor Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling affirming DPSU’s contractual right to terminate RCCB’s rights to distribute Dr. Pepper products in California and Nevada.
- Megatel Homes LLC et al. v. Moayedi, et al.: Representing United Development Funding (UDF), its family of investment funds and employees in litigation alleging RICO violations and conspiracy to defraud a Texas homebuilding company.
