Overview

Alfie Ashton is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Alfie advises sponsors on all aspects of the structuring, establishment and operation of private investment funds across a variety of strategies and asset classes, including related carried interest and co-investment arrangements. He also has experience advising sponsors on secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles, as well as on co-investment structures, separately managed accounts and other strategic transactions.
