Kirkland Advises Axcel on Closing Axcel VIII at €2.1 Billion
Kirkland & Ellis advised Axcel on the successful closing of Axcel VIII at €2.1 billion. Axcel VIII was oversubscribed and closed above its €1.65 billion target, reaching its hard cap in less than six months.
