Overview

Anan is an investment funds partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Anan primarily advises private investment fund sponsors in relation to the structuring and operation of private investment funds, as well as related carried interest and co-investment arrangements.

Anan has also advised on a broad range of other transactions relating to private investment funds, including LP investments, secondary transactions and fund restructurings.
