Sam Winter

Sam Winter is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Sam advises and represents sponsor clients on all aspects of the structuring, establishment and operation of alternative investment funds across a wide range of strategies and asset classes, as well as related carried interest and co-investment arrangements. He also has experience advising on continuation fund transactions, along with other secondary, GP strategic transactions and liquidity solutions.
