Kirkland Represents Senior Lead Investor HarbourVest Partners on Successful Closing of MML Dorchester SCSp
Kirkland & Ellis advised HarbourVest Partners in its role as senior lead investor in connection with the successful closing of MML Dorchester SCSp, a new continuation vehicle capitalised with over €630 million of investor commitments that has been established to acquire interests in two leading European business services companies currently held across prior MML Partnership Capital funds, alongside stakes held by other shareholders.
