Jess Bachetti is a litigation partner and trial lawyer in the Boston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including high stakes products liability cases, multidistrict litigation, class action litigation, and contract disputes in federal and state courts throughout the United States. Jess has litigated cases for and represented prominent companies, including Abbott Laboratories, Eli Lilly and Company and Wynn Resorts.
Currently, Jess is defending a leading healthcare company in products liability litigation related to premature infant formula. This representation has included a successful trial verdict and numerous back-to-back summary judgment wins which were covered by major media outlets.
