Scott Berger is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He focuses on the private equity aspects of domestic and international real estate and real estate related transactions. Scott regularly advises sponsors, owners, developers and equity investors on joint ventures, investment funds, club arrangements, M&A and capital markets transactions, dispositions, acquisitions, financings and development. Scott frequently represents clients in matters involving non-U.S. parties.
