Overview

Alison E. Beskin is an executive compensation partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Alison's practice focuses on the executive compensation aspects of public and private mergers and acquisitions. Alison also regularly advises on a wide range of related tax, securities and corporate governance matters, including the design and implementation of executive employment, retention and change in control arrangements and equity incentive compensation programs.

Alison received an A.B. in Music magna cum laude with a Certificate in Musical Performance from Princeton University and an M.Mus. in Performance, with Distinction, from the Royal Academy of Music. Alison received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was an editor of the Virginia Law Review.
